We offer a 30 day warranty for all of our products. This starts from the day you receive the item and covers 30 days from that day. This covers replacing damaged parts in the unlikely event of breakage to the product.
We will follow up all requests for a refund and will require a photo of the damage and proof of your order from us so we can investigate the issue further with our supplier.
Before any returns or repairs can take place please get in touch with us by emailing sports@zgs-online.co.uk with your order number and photo of the damage.
All items, unless damaged and pre-arranged with us must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in fully re-saleable condition, as when shipped from us and in the original packaging. If we believe the item has been used or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
All shipping on refunds will need to be paid for by the buyer.
